Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of undamaged goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, except for custom orders which may take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Most orders within the United States will be delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may not be available for international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Simply You Soap and Candle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
